• Manages your mail list.
• Takes care of subscribers, un-subcribers, and obsolete email accounts.
• Enables you to send out professional looking email newsletters and promotions among other things.

This is what we use at Rhino Ruby Studios to handle our email marketing initiatives.

$295 one time set up fee, includes importing your mail list, placing a sign up form on your website and preparing a basic template design for 1 newsletter, 1 letter head , 1 postcard and 1 subscriber form. We customize banner, logo and colors so it looks like your website and your brand identity is consistent across internet mediums. This is important!

$20/month monthly fee for maintaining a Constant Contact account

FREE for your 1st 2000 subscribers or $10/mo if you use the auto-responder service which we HIGHLY recommend you do! for maintaining a Mail Chimp account.

We set you up, manage it and send out 1 email newsletter/promo/month. You tell us what you want to say or promote. We’ll write it up, design it for you and send it out every month like clockwork!
